PLACING AN ORDER

  • How do I place an order?
    • Browse the products and add to cart.
    • Navigate to Checkout page.
    • Enter your personal details including delivery address, contact number, etc.
    • Double check accuracy of the submitted information and transact payment through PayPal, Zip Pay, After Pay or Debit/Credit Card.
  • I have placed my order. What’s next?
    • After you complete the order, we will email you the order confirmation. We will be handing over your package to a third party courier service and we will dispatch your order within 24hrs during the week and if an order is placed after 2pm on a Friday the package will be dispatched on Monday. Most courier companies will deliver within 3 - 5 business days and if its express postage, it will be delivered within 1-2 business day. The delivery can be tracked via the order confirmation link. If there is any delay, do let us know by calling or dropping an email.
  • Are there any other ways to place the order?
    • Please send us a Facebook message (https://www.facebook.com/kcoutdoorsaustralia). We will guide you through your order placement.
  • Can I add any item or items to my order after I have completed it?
    • No. You would simply have to place another order.
  • What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

    • Afterpay & ZipPay payment methods.
  • Credit/Debit Card payments via Secure Pay Australia payment gateway.
      • Our Online Sales Platform is integrated with a secured payment gateway.
      • Credit Card: Any VISA, MASTER credit cards and American Express cards.
      • Debit Card: Activated debits cards only.
  • What is the delivery charge?
    • Our courier charges are based on the order value, and if the order value is above $50, you will be offered Free Express Postage within Australia.

DISCOUNT PROMOS

  • What is a Promo Code?
    • Promo Codes are for you to make your shopping experience more interesting. It is a simple code which can be applied to get discounts on your purchases as we would on occasion send some of the best deals your way. These can only be used for orders placed through our Online Sales Platform.
  • What is the minimum order value for application on the Promotional Vouchers?
    • Different Promo Vouchers are applicable on different minimum order value. In order to know the minimum order value please check the email or voucher card you received.
  • What products can I purchase with the Promo Codes?
    • We are happy to offer you Promo Vouchers which can be used across full priced products. However, at times we issue special vouchers applicable on one or more special categories only. Your Voucher Code will come with all the relevant instructions.
  • Can I use a Discount Voucher more than once?
    • No, your Discount Voucher/s can be used only once.
  • Is there a validity date for a Promo Voucher?
    • Every voucher has its validity date which would be mentioned in the email or the voucher post that you received.
  • How do I use a Promo Voucher?
    • After adding items to your shopping cart, navigate to the checkout page. After entering all the details apply the Coupon Code in the discount code section. If the promo code was successfully entered, you will be able to see the deduction of the total in “Review your order” section.
  • Why doesn't my Promo Voucher work?
    • We strongly suggest that you copy and paste the voucher code as it is case sensitive.
    • Please check if your order value is more than minimum order value stipulated in the voucher.
    • Please check that the code you are using is still valid and not out of date. The validity details will be mentioned in the email you receive.
    • Please also check if the voucher is especially meant for application on a particular category.
    • Please see whether you have already used the Coupon Code.

    • The discounts or promotions that displayed on our website are only for orders placed through the website by the customer. If you wish to get the discount or the promotion, please place the order through our Online Sales Platform. These types of discounts and promotions are given to the customer as an encouragement to place orders through our Online Sales Platform.
  • Can I use more than one voucher to complete a single online sale transaction?
    • Only one voucher can be added per order.
  • Can products purchased through a voucher be exchanged?
    • It would depend entirely on the voucher type. Your voucher email would have more details regarding an exchange.

CANCELLATION

  • How do I cancel my order?
    • You can inform us via email info@kcoutdoors.com.au  or by calling +61 426 374 436 or through our Facebook page, we will assist you promptly to cancel your order.
  • Can I get a refund once I have made the payment?
  • If you inform us about an order cancellation prior to dispatch we will immediately cancel the order and provide a refund. If the order has been dispatched, we would need the product returned back to us in its original condition to process the refund.
